I came across this interesting article about our wisdom teeth, they figured out why they come in later in life. A lot of people have them removed, do you still have yours?

I still had two up until about 6 months ago when I finally had to give up the last of my remaining wisdom teeth. They were in bad shape.
I’m the only one in my immediate family that has them.
They removed all mine as they became painful to my jaw
I had all four removed at one sitting. It took four hours at the San Francisco University dental college. My face swelled up hugely. I looked like a chipmunk with a chestnut in each cheek.
I’ve lost two on my left side. I’ve horrible teeth because I sucked my thumb as a child and it made my teeth crowded. Still. Got my two wisdom teeth on my left side taken out at a dental hospital. No anethesia so I was awake the whole procedure and it was pretty brutal!
I have all 4… no issues
I have two.
There’s no such option in the poll
I have two also, just the top ones
I didn’t know what to answer since I only have 1 left. I got them pulled one at a time to make it not too heavy.
I have all 4. The 2 top wisdom teeth have more or less erupted and set. The bottom 2 are impacted, they are never going to erupt normally. If they become a problem in the future, i’ll have to have them removed. But at the moment, they give me no pain or discomfort.
I didn’t get mine removed until I was in my mid twenties, when one started touching a nerve. Worst pain I’ve ever experienced.
I recently removed one.
Sorry about that, it never occurred to me to add that option.Oops
I have all four with no problems.
They started to crowd, pushing on my back teeth, I spent too long on braces to ruin the progress.
Had all four of them out when I was a teen.
Me too, the dentist and my mom said I should have them removed when I was younger to avoid any potential problems but I said no, I want to keep them. I’m 43, they came in straight and I’ve never had a problem.
i have 3 =D they removed one and gave me paper to have the rest removed in hospital but i never did…
My mouth is too small (you wouldn’t think it!), so I had to have them all removed. One was rotten.
two were remved during my worst neg symptom years
two still there but they are not that white lol
