My wife is having trouble sleeping and wakes me up at least once an hour now. I think we’re reaching the point where separate beds might be better.
I am sleeping good these days. I go to sleep between 1030 and 1130 pm and wake up at 6am. I also take about 2 hour nap in the day.
Sorry to hear that dood. Must be frustrating.
I take melatonin and it helps me. I have a box of clonazepam that I have not had the need for in more than 2 months.

That’s good. Benzo dependence is horrible.
Usually it takes 2 - 3 hours for me to fall asleep which is annoying. If im still awake after 4 - 5 hours i get up and call it a night, this happens about once a week.
Its not great but at least i get enough sleep which im grateful for, i know how rough insomnia can be.
It comes and goes these past two weeks ive been struggling to be asleep by 4am but i wake up in the afternoon mostly so at least im getting enough its just at wrong time of day
Don’t apologize for separate beds. My mother ridiculed our neighbors for having separate beds but that was my mother’s infantilism.
I don’t think I could sleep with anyone, now.

Sometimes i take Diazapam to go sleep sooner but its not working for me lately. I might have to stay up all night to correct the poor sleep pattern im in, that usually works

I’ve been sleeping a decent number of hours lately. The problem is they are generally 3 hours at a time or so spread throughout the day/night. I dont know how to vote.

I guess i do sorta. I have a hard time going to bed early and i dont wanna sleep cause i gotta turn off distactions then my thoughts take over. I dont wanna go to sleep then i dont wanna wake up.
It’s kind of spotty. I generally go to bed between 11:30 and 12:30. It’s rare that I sleep through the night without waking. I make it until 4:00 am or 5 am and stay awake, if I’m lucky I fall asleep for another half hour before I get up for work.
