I would like to live near the beach, but I like where I live anyway

I like where I live and my family but I’d like to not have neighbors…so out in the country would be nice…room for the little one to run around…

I like where I live but I’s like to move to the countryside but I can’t because my job is here in the city.

I’m happy where I live. I live in a city that’s not too big. I happen to live in one of it’s prettiest neighbourhoods, which is like a small yet busy town within the city. There are people from all the corners of the world in this neighbourhood. Most of my friends still live in the same city, though at the other end of town, but are easy to reach. That’ll change sooner or later, I suppose, with them having kids and moving to quieter places, but for now it’s really good.

Some day, I would like to live somewhere I could have a fairly large garden, where I could grow vegetables and herbs. I don’t know if that’ll ever happen, I always thought it had to be in Greece. I imagine it on the outskirts of a lively town with a port on of the isles, not a real city. I would learn to eat fish and make friends with fishermen, perhaps watch them come back with their catches somewhere in the afternoon, from a place in the shades near the harbor. Sipping my frappé. That’d be nice as well.

My living place has its advantages and disadvantages. Its could be better, but it also could be much worse.

I’m living in the country which is nice except there is no high speed internet. I like being in a secluded area though. I hope to move to the city in the spring.

I like the village I live in. Would like a better landlord though.

Yes I am happy where I live - in a suburb by the sea, very holiday-ish feel to it. I wouldn’t mind living in the countryside though - nice and quiet.

I think where I live is the best possible place I could have. I kind of want to move into public housing in Siloam Springs, but that is a substantial way off.

@Hadeda do you get poisonous snakes/spiders etc in SA? Always wondered about that.

A few, but not as much as Australia. Nothing much to worry about.

I like where I live. But it’s too crowd and the real estate is so crazy I probably would never be able to buy a place in my whole life. I’m working full time but my salary is not even enough for the rent of a small room (smaller than your toilet). Because of the crazy real estate, a lot of the nice food, nice restaurants and nice shops just vanish. I really wish I can relocate to somewhere less expensive.

I want to live near an ocean in a place where cold air doesn’t hurt my face in the winter.

i kind of live in a not-so-good area… but i cant complain cos the cost of living is cheap here and i can live comfortably. but sometimes i wish i live in Jakarta (city) or Bali (island/beach).

I know. Always wanted to go there. Saw some pictures of a hotel they built there, made entirely of bamboo sticks.
