It took me almost 3 years to find this place. I have lived here for over 33 years. Does that answer your question.
I live in the country. I can’t see my neatest neighbor, even in the winter time. I have enough land around my house that nobody can built on top of me.
I’m close enough to walk to the river. But my house is high enough on the hill side where I don’t have to worry about flooding.
I just recently moved out of my own flat which was in supportive housing into a regular flat in the community. Its been really hard on me. I have had a hard time settling in, a lot of work needed doing to the flat not to mention moving in general is stressful.
I was very lucky to get this place in the area it is in, close to amenities, not overlooked, nice garden, able to have a dog. However i am struggling. There is a flat above me. The whole thing has had me uprooted and i really don’t like that. But it is relative quiet and it could be a lot worse because I do not work and cannot be picky about where I live.
I think (hopefully) in time I will love it here, but so far…medication has had to be increased. Its small town near countryside, lots of unique shops. Really like that
