I’m overweight I have been for a while as I’m not exercising much which I might do some exercise later. I’m comfort eating
I’m on clozapine 325 which causes weight gain

My weight has been about the same for the past year.

I’ve finally lost weight, partly due to diet change. Cut the pop out entirely from my diet lost between 10-20lbs, seems its a matter of diet and what I do before weighing that’s skewing the measurement, but I’m not all that particular about it. Its juts one less thing I need to spend money on, and spend time on returning cans.
