Planning of days out with family friends however hesitated

My husband is planning a trip to northwestern China with two friends’ families. But I feel not ready to join them as I had a glitch in health over the past three days. My sleep pattern was disrupted by the side effects of overdosing of VB6. I stopped taking it abruptly and it made me insomnic badly. Overall travel in summer is very hard for me. However if I don’t go, my husband will be a bit upset. I’m very hesitating right now.

How far away is trip? Resuming regular doses may help things. You may be a bit fragile now but you may be good by then? It’s your choice but do what you need to do to get well. Trips are fun and getting out of your usual environment is good in my book!

Give it a couple of days to get better then see…

It’s about the distance of from Melbourne to Peth. Have to take a flight and it will be a week staying out under the sunlight. Really hard for me

If you live in China that’s one thing, but if it’s a paid for trip nothing could stop me from going. The vitamin b6 will be out of your system and it’s not a big enough of a problem to keep you from going. Just a couple days of feeling funny. How many pills are you talking about? Are you sure it’s the vitamins or are you looking for a reason not to go? I know traveling can be stressful for some people. Hell my dad doesn’t even have a MI and he has to take Imodium whenever he travels. I’ll switch places with you in a heartbeat! I can only imagine how expensive it is to go! Lucky you!

Yeah sounds tough but if your feeling ok then You could do it. I’d love to have that opportunity but realize we are all different. Do what you need to do but don’t let things prevent you from enjoying and living life. Going somewhere different is a great adventure especially by plane. A week is over quick if your in a strange or different place where you can absorb and enjoy things!
