I’ve been doing some exercise at home, just a short workout and sometimes a short walk around the football field, I don’t do every day but a few times a week, drinking more water and trying to get my eating better on track, try to get good rest on other days, slowly and steadily, I don’t need to be obsessed like I used to be 7 days a week years ago, just do the small things for better physical functioning

Nice work out plan! Exercise does the body and mind so much good.
I do yoga and meditation everyday and it does wonders for me.
