Same phone number been calling over and over for 3 months now should i answer it?
Block it. You wont see it again

Probably is the person who had my phone number before me had a lot of debts but it does make me paranoid

Search for the number if you can. See if it’s legit or block.

I answered one today just by curiosity. It was an “amazon scammer”.

Just google the number and do a “whois”. 9 times out of ten, its from lagos in nigeria or Kolcata in India.

I keep getting scam messages like “did you get the money yet”?

I replied to one once. I just kept saying yeah i got the bitcoins. 
One of my favorite things to do to scam callers is answer the call but just keep clearing my throat and never actually speaking until they hangup

I get scam calls all the time. Its always someone from another country. I just hang up and block the number.

Answer it, once, to satisfy any curiosity about the number.
You can block them, after.
