Pdoc just okayed me to decrease aripiprazole by 10mg

i used to take 30, jumping down to twenty now. hopefully i can feel my emotions and motivation coming back now.

I’m on 20mg Abilify too. Doesn’t help me with my postive symptoms at all.

But maybe it’ll be different for you. Good luck!
