He didn’t change anything. He put me on Klonopin. That’s it.

Really somebody just said that to you? I wouldn’t even give her the time of day for being such an ignoramus… I can’t give you much advice as far as what your Pdoc did as I’m not on meditation myself though.

She was considering going back on it.

I have taken clonazepam for around 15 years under a doctor’s care. It is ok for me except I feel like you build up a tolerance to it and I have to take it just to feel normal now…thankfully the doctor is slowly weening me off of it. Hopefully it works better for you!!!..I have never taken more then the prescribed amount, so I would advise to be careful it can be very addicting.

Dominic,sometimes I go for 8mg at once.I’ve got tolerance.Then four days without.How is that addictive.I’m not suggesting someone should do that but where is addiction.Is it present in my case.
I don’t know if you have an addictive personality…I do so I have to be careful! So in your case I would have to guess that you don’t suffer from a dual diagnosis. (Schizophrenia(unspecified) and Alcohol use disorder) Mine could be different. Glad you are having success with it!

Yes I was told to take it easy. He only rx Klonopin for 0.5mg. I don’t think I’ll be getting much hell. I’ve taken Klonopin before.
Yes that is my dose too. Three times a day for years. Now I am taking a non addictive anti anxiety med in hopes it will work better for me…I have a lot of anxiety! My doctors appointment is in 5 days…wish me luck!
