PayPal customer service finally got back to me today

Yesterday morning I messaged them if they were sending my debit card by US Post Office or a different carrier, as I got a message saying it would be delivered Monday, and I needed to know if I should stay at home for a FedEx or UPS delivery.

Yesterday afternoon I haven’t received anything back from PayPal, and I sent some messages about the miserable customer service, and I may take my money elsewhere.

They finally got back to me this morning, apologized for the late reply, and said it was because of the volume of messages they had to answer. They also said I was a valued customer and such.

I don’t have any experience with PayPal so I don’t know how things work with them, but I’m happy now. I did look into the Walmart Money Card though. I don’t think it does as much as PayPal does though.

Another forum member said they like PayPal because it keeps all of your information in one place, and not scattered about various websites. It reduces the chance that your account numbers can be stolen by hackers.

When you pay with PayPal the recipient doesn’t get your credit card details. Hence, less risk for fraud.
