I used to think they had hidden camera’s in everything electrical I owned, one morning I got up and took everything electrical I owned to the dump, then thought they were following me around all day trying to find their camera’s

I’ve been there. My belief that there are cameras everywhere evolved into a belief that God can see me wherever I am, and that it isn’t some earthly authority monitoring me all the time.

The Government is still monitoring, but not 24/7, and not in a way that really makes a difference in a person’s life.

Hey I have similar problem too, it seems they see whatever I see or do. It’s horrible, it looks like I don’t have any privacy. :sob:
At least you don’t have anyone to harm you. With meds I started to feel less controlled by them and got more life quality.
Good luck with those aliens, they are stupid bastards, I always wish my aliens to go f*ck themselves

All my believes have evolved in someway over time. At first I believed I was an experiment, then aliens in a robot society, and ultimately god as the explanation. The thing in common with all of these beliefs is the delusion of grandeur

My paranoia started in America in the 1990s, I thought they read my emails, listened to my conversations in the house where I lived, listened to my phone calls and things like that, I think that all these triggered my paranoid sz in America in 1998-99, I am still paranoid about many things.

I took an Ativan 2.5mg and calmed me down. I was agitated before. Voices kept telling me that they’re watching me.
