My local Community mental health team have changed to a call centre and they have become unreliable and utter crap. Ive overdue my Xeplion Jab and I NEED IT. Just keep getting to a voicemail. Dont know what to do, im raving bloody paranoid and hearing the nasty voices again calling me a pedo. Cant get hold of them, im fcking desparate. Tried my social worker ten times already. WHY CANT I GET MY BLOODY JAB. Sorry im venting but i feel like im losing the plot. I need me meds and cant get them. 
. I would go to the hospital but im skint and i know i would be stranded there. Im really not happy. (Rant over)

If and when you decide to go to the hospital bring a change of clothes with you, or two. Getting clothes in the hospital psych ward is a small luxury and easy to forget ahead of time.

Maybe best to go to the hospital and deal with the big real risk which is your health.

Thank you for your support. Went to the hospital. Waited 7 hours , but i got my jab in the end! Fortunately i went to school with the taxi driver so he let me pay him at a later date so i could get home. First thing im doing is registering a complaint with the NHS Trust. I feel them mucking me about was well out of order and caused me undue stress so im gonna make my feelings known.
