I have a kitchen full of food but I have no patience to cook when I’m feeling this low. So another takeaway it is tonight (first names terms with he delivery driver) I just loath myself eating this crap. It’s so easy to order online. I’m getting fatter and fatter. Over 300 pounds now buy hay!

I can’t cook and have no motivation to
so i eat mostly cereal, toast and canned soup
unless hubby makes something i like but i don’t much like his cooking.
Maybe buy something that is quick and easy like breadsticks with cheese and chive dip
Or weetabix
I find if you eat when your hungry but it doesn’t have to be loads
You should cook a bunch of food once a week and freeze them into individual portions. On the nights you don’t feel like cooking, pop a meal in the oven and dinner is done.

Make a bunch of veggie soup and freeze some ahead for nights like this.

You can look up simple, easy, quick recipes online. It’s not too hard to cook something with three ingredients.
Try sheet pan meals, not as fussy like soup 
Have an apple banana.
Mash potato’s boil eggs sausages in the microwave. Lots of stuff you can make.
Take away is expensive.
