I always feel like a moron standing infront of the mirror telling myself these positive affirmations !!
So did I, but positive self talk takes lots of forms, be it in the mirror, writing it out, talking it out, even just reframing your thoughts.
Doesn’t have to be in the mirror, it can be wherever you want.
