On Track to my next Goal

So five or so weeks into my disciplined eating and already past my first goal. Lost 5 kgs or 11lbs as of this morning which is on track. I’ve come down from 108kgs t 103 and my next goal is 99kgs which is under 100. I haven’t been under a hundred for probably two decades so it’s a big deal for me.

Anyways. I’ve been good and besides the odd treat I’ve been good at just eating smaller and healthy. Yay me.

Here in America. A lot of people are losing weight. Because food prices are so high. That they can afford to eat between eating. And much more. A lady on fixed income. Was found to have. Bad nutrition. Due to the pandemic food stamps ending.

My weight loss goals we’re always not met because think I wanted to lose 5lbs a week

Now I finally am realizing that it should be way more gradual slower

Yeah it bounces around a bit too but slow and steady. I’m averaging about 1kg over a week which is about 2.2lbs. It seems to be achievable and healthy so it’s more of the same.
