So it’s been a bit over 4 weeks or so and I’ve finally moved enough weight to move out of the obese side of BMI. 4kgs down so next goal will be under 100kgs and I’m feeling pretty good about getting there.
It’s taken me a while but I’m living with some discipline especially with food and feeling good about things. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not exactly easy to start but it’s getting easier to maintain and the gains are good.
As always it’s one step at a time but I’m actually working towards my goals and sticking to them which is good. Just shows you that you can teach an old dog some new things.
