Losing weight is usually hard for everyone because how much you eat is a habit that is often based on your needs. I eat two small meals a day so there is no space to cut out otherwise there will be a lack of nutrition for my health. Good luck to your weight loss effort.
I have lost a bit of weight but still have loads to go. Problem is if I am out food shopping I get so anxious that I buy comfort food. This doesn’t help.
I’ve been dieting for 2 weeks and I’ve lost 11 pounds so far, which is probably too fast but I feel fine! And I can fit into some pants that I couldn’t before! Right now I’m at 234 lbs, I want to go down to 165 by next summer. No idea if I’ll make it, but I figure as long as I try, I’ll be okay.
I went from 267 down to 230, stress went down once I met my girlfriend and I began taking better care of myself. My girlfriend is on a ketosis protein diet thingy, she’s happy with her progress too.
