Did you stop taking your meds?
No doc reduced it to some other conditions and now I don’t go negative but manic and supe hyper active .

edit mania so have you been sleeping please google nostril breathing alternate holding your left and right nostril while breathing deep in then out

They probably can get you a prescription from the hospital I’ve done it before and just because you go to the ER don’t mean you will be hospitalized and even tho mania feels great doesn’t mean it’s good it destroys lives
