Haven’t felt any mania in a while before this.
Took some PRN Klonopin to help me come down a bit.
Hopefully it works.
Got my doctors number ready just in case

I texted her like 35 minutes ago but she hasn’t responded yet.
If she doesn’t contact me back within 45 minutes, I’m going to call her cell phone.
I really don’t want to do this but I have no choice.

Im prescribed klonopin daily and it seems to counteract the mania a lot. I also ate less today and drank selzter water. Went for a walk. Not recommended though if youre in a manic state. Do you know what brought it on or is it something that just happens?

I took a hefty dose of Klonopin and starting to come down a bit more now.
I texted my doctor 3 times and left a message on her phone letting her know how dire the situation is.
The best she can do is text me back saying she can’t talk right now.
If she doesn’t call me tonight I’ve decided to find a new doctor.
This is inexcusable behavior on her part.

My doctor called me back.
She gave me a plan to follow if my mania gets worse.
It involves even more Klonopin and extra Risperdal just in case.

A little better after taking 0.75mg of Klonopin.
My doctor said that if I need to I can take another 0.5mg of Klonopin and if I’m still manic she said that I should take an extra 1 mg of Risperdal.
I think it’s a good plan.
She was very nice to me
