Today i am paralyzed by fear and paranoia.

No one can drive me to a hospital.
Hospitals, however, are full of COVID patients.
Do you have a PRN? I would take it. Maybe call your pdoc and ask if you can double it.

I have nozinan and a benzo
as PRN. I tried them.
They made me heavy and stoned,
made my thoughts slow down,
but the core of these symptoms,
never ever leaves me.
It serves me right.
I was boasting about my mental clarity and peace.

What’s wrong with crying. It helps me. You weren’t boasting and it’s yourself judging. Please don’t be so hard on yourself. Chill and be human. It’s perfectly ok to be human. Maybe you have cabinetry, go for a walk in the park, you are not in jail.

I talked with my psychiatrist
and he agreed about nozinan
and benzo.
We texted each other on messenger.
I will call him tomorrow, if it’s needed.
