What kind of fish oil do you use? Which form of omega 3 is better: ethyl esters or triglycerides? Is it true that it is better to have no dha in fish oil? I use this https://a.co/d/4qptWeg , but it’s very expensive, Does anyone know a similar fish oil, but cheaper?

It comes up to 5 dollars
Or
Indo-Pacific king mackerel head
Is a good source
Where not much people have the head
You may get it in less price
It taste really good we need to chew the bones
Its very good source IMO
DHA alone appears to raise low-density lipoprotein (the variant which drives atherosclerosis; sometimes very inaccurately[according to whom?] called “bad cholesterol”) and LDL-C values (most typically only a calculated estimate and not measured by labs from person’s blood sample for technical and cost reasons; however, this is accurately calculated with a less common NMR lipid panel lab), whilst eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) alone does not and instead lowers the parameters aforementioned.
Now Foods omega 3.

This. The capsules are not as effective than taking it to mouth, because mouth recieves everything in alot more effective manner.
I’m not a fan of fish oil. The fatty acid bonds oxidise quickly,
Meaning that the oil can lead to free radicals.
Free radicals are something that can lead to cancer.
For me personally at least.
I stick to chlorella for omega 3. Hopefully it’s enough. I think for me, it is.
I also eat salmon atm. Woohoo.
Third party tested.
Also liquid is cheaper and you can taste if it is rancid.
All the research is in mixes of epa and dha
I just don’t trust these polyunsaturated oils.
Especially when ppl purposely take it for health benefits.
It’s a gut feeling
