i wanted to know about best fish oil having high EPA/DHA on moderate price.please share your views
cod liver oil is good
VegEPA. But you’d be better off getting snake oil, lol! It doesn’t help in the least. I tried it for 6 months.

I was expecting some help in anything. It did absolutely nothing!
If it doesn’t’ work it should at least act as a placebo!

The “Nature Made” fish oil that I get at Wal Mart has 1200 mg fish oil with 360 mg omega-3 fatty acids per pill. You’re supposed to take two pills a day. If I remember correctly, a jar with 300 pills costs not much more than $15.00. So that is 150 days supply for a little over $15.00. That’s the best deal I could find on fish oil and Omega-3’s.

PI take Vascepa - prescription EPA fish oil.
It’s really for high triglycerides but it can be beneficial for mental health.
It doesn’t do much.
