Im starting to have trouble sleeping again but it is only on occasion i was originally on 7.5 of Olanzapine now im down to 5 and im not sleeping well on occasion some times i do sleep . I have tried alot of things but when this happens i cant sleep at all
I have to avoid certain foods cant have coffee cant have sweeteners/artificial things cant have too much sugar only drink caffinated teas before 12 oclock
I also have magnesium on these nights as well as promethazine but sometimes it just doesnt work
I had this yesterday and i had work in the morning.
This is what i did
At 2 oclock had an earl gray tea
I had my pill at 8 oclock then i felt hungry so i had olive bread with butter
9 oclock felt depressed so stayed up on my phone
10 clock felt hungry again so had a peice of cake and somemore olive bread
11 oclock had sugar free tomatoe soup and mozzerella cheese.
11.30 went to bed and couldnt sleep my eyes were awake
2.30 took some promethazine and magnesium. Didnt make any difference.
What i want to know is what exactly is causing it. If it was totally the food i was eating i surely wouldnt have that much insomnia to the point i cant sleep at all.
