For class to begin. I listened to meditative music while driving here. I took the longest but most peaceful route here. I’m trying to only think positive thoughts but I’m struggling with that.
My plan is to try really hard to use Tai Chi as a form of meditation and to let go of thoughts outside of the movements and the symbolism behind the movements.
It went well. I definitely had very paranoid thoughts going on but I kept trying to focus on the movements.
When I was in martial arts, I was not on APs. I noticed during class how slow my mind is now. It made it much harder to follow other people’s movements than it used to be for me, and I truly believe it’s from the AP I’m on. That’s kinda sad actually. Kind of bums me out. But don’t worry, I won’t stop my med.
I wasn’t good at it at all but I’m glad I went and plan to keep going.
Nice. Tai Chi is great. I did it for a tiny bit, when in China. I joined the old ladies in the park (I was 25 and they beat me without a doubt in the whole thing…impressive).
Hope you have it good. I think it is great for meditation.
