Does anyone have OCD intrusive thoughts. I believe I have this and went on the UK OCD nation website. They also have a forum. Hate my intrusive thoughts and there was a time when I didn’t have intrusive thoughts. I just hope for this time again.
I have OCD too.
Nothing helped me until I did CBT.
It made a world of difference and really allowed me to live a normalish life for the first time.
I highly recommend seeing a therapist and starting treatment.

I have severe OCD.
I get a lot of intrusive thoughts and images.
I am constantly obsessing over different things.
Obsessions rule my life.

I think my Lexapro helps a little with OCD symptoms

Me too. Hate the intrusive thoughts and images especially the images. Hi @Wave was there ever a time when you didn’t have intrusive thoughts? Pray for peace of mind.
Fluoxetine helps my intrusive thoughts.

I have people/celebrities looking into my mind all the time, I hate this, just want to be left alone. Sometimes it makes things worse.
I have a physical ocd with door locks and oven dials. Not a counting or verbal kind.
Antipsychotics can trigger and worsen OCD.
Risperidone is making my OCD worse.
Really, I’m taking Clozaril. But I don’t know if it’s not helping me.
