Yeah the worst two combinations of mental illness I think. What do you think?

I think that a serious case of schizophrenia is the worst mental illness(serious meaning the person very low functioning forever),
although some people may find it offensive and some might disagree.
Autism is very bad but not considered mental illness

I couldn’t imagine having OCD on top of paranoid schizophrenia. I already obsess about my thoughts being stolen from me and the government monitoring me. I guess if I had OCD I would obsess about much smaller stuff. I’m not really all that familiar with OCD tho.

I have OCD on top of my bipolar/SZA and it’s just awful.
I can’t take Antidepressants because of Mania so I just deal with it.

Any combination of mental illness is the worst mental illness

I have psychosis depression and ptsd and that has been pretty horrific for me

OCD and SZ suck when combined!

I have OCD and schizophrenia. I can’t take anything for the OCD, because antidepressants make me psychotic. So I treat it using neurofeedback. That mostly keeps it under control for me.

There was a time when I would wash my hands for over an hour straight once each night. Now I get nowhere near that bad with the hand washing, but the OCD still kicks my butt all day long. Even when I avoid the actions the thoughts just fill my head. Such a pain.
