ocd and schizophrenia at the same time?

SZA depressive type, GAD and OCD here.
I’ll get a voice that confuses me, then spend time obsessing over it, I pick my skin, and get intrusive thoughts
Zoloft has helped with some of the OCD, but the biggest boon was from therapy, working on CBT minimalism of symptoms.
Yes, I have sza depressive type and OCD. My obsessions are generally delusional in nature which makes them difficult to treat. Like, I can’t go for your typical OCD treatment because I refuse to believe the things I am obsessing about aren’t true. For instance, I obsess about being a bad person so then I hurt myself as my compulsion to stop the obsessive thoughts. But how do I stop hurting myself when I 100% believe I am a bad person and deserve to be hurt?
Schiz with ocd. i’m supposed to be taking zoloft 100mg but i stopped 5 weeks ago without my psychs knowledge because it wasn’t working. my ocd has always remained crippling and time consuming but i just live with it
