Yes it’s very hard @anon25523312
I am diagnosed with bipolar disorder and OCD but I could very well have some SZ too (SZA)

I am pretty sure that my psychiatrist feels that my OCD and anxiety are my primary diagnoses.

Yeah it’s that severe

I think I’m just a all around the board hot mess :relaxed:

Little ocd, add, depression, and sz they need to invent a combo pill

I can say with certainty that my OCD and anxiety are more of a problem than my schizophrenia.

@Charles_Foster, once you said you tried to read bible… And it messed with your head

I did read the Bible.

And I have religious delusions.

I don’t know if they’re related but likely are because I was immersed in a lot of religion from a young age.

Sorry for asking.
I have religious ocd, although I’m not in to it very much
That’s why I asked…

No problem!

Religious delusions are difficult.

Oh me too @Charles_Foster

And when the voices started I tried reading the Bible like 24 hours a day in psychosis and in fear. I can’t handle any religion with this illness.

I tried walking in a church with the psychosis and all the words being spoke were twisted and I ran out.

So, I just wanted to know how do you deal with obsessive thoughts, and do you have compulsions?

I was looking for treatement, it turned out that my primary ap (clozapine) is very negative towards ocd problems…

Do you do behavioral therapy?

No, no money for that…

Did you get rid of religious beliefs?

They are written in my heart I know them I just can’t think about them or things start getting bad sz wise.

I just don’t know what med therapy could change that

I just try not to think I stay busy distracting myself.
