They want to mess with both Medicaid and Medicare too.
It never made it far before and won’t now with Democrat controlled Congress.

Moment of truth: the gov’t has its fingers in the pie of just about any insurance/healthcare you may receive in the US. To wit: the VA, Medicare and Medicaid, and Obamacare. The only place I can think of that the gov’t isn’t in healthcare is employer-sponsored health plans. Don’t forget about the FDA, and Dept of Health & Human Services (which administers Medicare/caid among much more). Just sayin…make of it what you will and interpret as you see fit.

It may be an effort by the Executive Branch, long standing opposition,
but only 3 or 4 Repubs in the Congress will vote in favor to keep it standing
and probably will still. It’s an effort to repeal anything Obama did
and implement a policy that takes away over 200 pre existing conditions.

Nobody better mess with my medicare or medicaid. I’m not a talking head with hundreds of thousands in the bank, I get by month to month.
Canadians have better health care, and they are doing just fine.

They make it hard enough to get the right treatment on Medicare/caid. Why even think about getting rid of it, when no one chooses to be disabled? Healthcare and the expenses a month is the most money I ever saw in my life. A disability holds me back from so much, now they are trying to take away my sanity? I could end up dead because breaks from reality are that bad. If I could, I would love to have employee health care and work. I already know my dream job. I wish I can break down the barriers. I really do.

It was or is. I doubt it all gets repealed. They’ve been goi mg at it for years. I hope nothing happens because without it me and my husband are screwed.
