Avoid sweets and white bread.
Avoid eggs and meat, apart from fish. The fish I recommend are salmon and sardines.
Eat whole grain, and eat nuts, especially almonds and hazelnuts.
Prefer foods that it is certified on the nutritional value label that they are high in protein, dietary fiber,
omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
Eat vegetables and fruits.
Prefer home squeezed vegetable\fruit juice, because the juice you buy, even if
it is 100 percent fruit or vegetable, it undergoes pasteurization and some of the nutrients are lost.

Looks good although I think some of us older folk need to avoid too much lactose and gluten too.
Good idea Chess 24!
Currently on a see-food diet.
(I see food and I eat it.)
I actually eat a lot of eggs. I mean a LOT of eggs. Love 'em. I’m amazed that my cholesterol is excellent, it has no right to be. Not that I’m asking for another health problem.
