yeah me and dad go out to breakfast on Monday mornings. so I will probably keep getting two eggs scrambled when I go there, but all other mornings it will be my new breakfast.
yes. i use olive oil…. i have about 3 servings of cheese a day. o well maybe it’s early death for me. i do get a lot of beans and veggies in my diet though and some fruit…and i workout about 2 hours a day Monday through Friday. i don’t think i can cutout the hashbrowns. i guess it’s my least healthy meal i eat.
i would substitute oats for hashbrowns but grains make my throat get mucuous i have to hack up when im working out. im not sure that grains agree with me, even gluten free grains like rice and quinoa. i’ll weigh the good with the bad, thanks for your input.
If you don’t want to give up your cholesterol, consider looking into Linus Pauling’s therapy for heart disease, which is high doses of lysine and vitamin C, which dissolve arterial plaques and reverse heart disease. There are loads of testimonials on the web about it reversing their heart disease symptoms, and a few before / after images of arteries too.
Ever since eating 1 tsp of lysine a day, my chest pains have been reduced substantially. The vitamin C is for arterial flexibility, but I haven’t been eating that lately due to budget.
ok…i decided to cut out the hashbrowns with oil. going to have a bowl of oatmeal instead. and now I’ll only have 2 servings of cheese a day.
I will probably start losing weight again. im only going to be getting about 1500 calories a day without the hashbrowns. o well if im thin im thin. I don’t have body image issues anymore. I would like to be 160-170 pounds but will probably go back to like 150 pounds. probably for the best.
Although I have heard that it’s some type of myth to need protein right after a workout. I don’t like working out with food in my stomach, so I pretty much have to take it afterwards.
