Thanksgiving is over…
How was everyone’s day?
Mine was very weird. I guess my Aunt and my Mom are having an argument and the big 20+ person dinner got canceled. So just small immediate family and a few stray cousins. It was nice… no stress…
Tomorrow is the annual day of fishing. Every year my Dad and Uncle rents the boat. Every year we never catch a thing…
Hope everyone else’s day went well.
Fishing! Cool! Maybe you’ll break you’re losing streak this year. I had a calm day at home. No stress here either. I managed to walk 5 blocks to where my car was parked. Good exercise.
I am glad you had a good family dinner together, surprisedJ. That’s cool. I had a normal day yesterday. No Thanksgiving here in China. But Thanksgiving was mentioned on the radios and internet by a lot of Chinese people. Some people took this opportunity to say thanks to all their loved ones. So China is influenced by American culture.
I’m having thanksgiving tomorrow
I got to see my family, grandparents and aunts and uncles and cousins. It was fun.
I was host to my in-laws. It could have been worse, I guess. They came, they babbled, they slept, they left. Ho hum.
I was not with people on Thanksgiving. My girlfriend and I went to the Casino and ate a small roast beef sub at SubWay.
My brother went to my niece’s for Thanksgiving, and he brought over left over mashed potato and ham. I had it for breakfast! It was great!

It was calm and relaxing for me. I spent the day in my room, which is par for the course. I don’t mind it. My brother lives in New York City and my sister lives in McKinney, Texas, and it is hard for us to get together for the holidays. I do remember one Thanksgiving that wasn’t so great, though. I had discovered that by doing ephedrine and caffeine, and doing a moderate workout, that I could amp myself up and get euphoric. So, the family was in the living room making nice conversation, and I was pacing back and forth fuming about death and destruction. They eventually called the cops and had me committed. Live and learn.
I spent the day with my partner and her family. No one said much to me. I was just tolerated by them. I guess that’s normal.
…the fish are happy though !?!..

@SurprisedJ Glad to hear it turned into a nice time. It’s tense when family fights. Hope the fishing goes well.
We had a very relaxed Thanksgiving. My mom and I stayed in our pj’s and watched Christmas movies. My boyfriend also spent the day with us. For dinner we had our elderly neighbor over because he doesn’t have family close by.
We almost didn’t have Thanksgiving. Recently the bills have been hitting us hard and we have no money. It has been causing a lot of stress between my mom and I. But my mom was able to work things out to where we could buy a Thanksgiving dinner. Things always work out even when they seem they won’t. 
That sounds like a really nice morning. Sorry to hear the money is tight… I hope things get better soon.
