Calm and sleepy. 
My thanksgiving day was triggering and depressing for me. Although its over now so all good!! Dessert was great.

I started alone but ok cause i knew what i wanted. Then i thought i got what i wanted. And i was superhappy. Then it turned out i got oppisite of what i wanted. Then i felt rage. And now i think i made a mistake cause im stupid. And im thinking everyone makes mistakes and im trying to brush.it off. But i am doubting in myself wether i really know what i want.
My nightday went swimmingly. My daynight was not as fun.
mostly alone, nice after yesterday’s gathering.
listening to music, putting the house back in order, painted my nails.
grateful things were good today.
