Not sure if this has been asked before but do you feel weird on full moons?

I seem to venture towards batshit when the moon is full.

So police records spike on full moons?

Like the mite theory. :sunglasses:

Nope my brain just does what it chooses to do when it feels like it. For moods etc anyway

Example I was down for the past 2.5 days for no reason. Then today at 445pm boom hypomania. So It was a 2.5 day depression of sorts.

But maybe the moon affects me I have no idea :joy:

When I was in behavior therapy, we used to know when it was a full moon because all the kids would act up more than usual for a few days. I think there’s a correlation.

I feel like a werewolf

The moon is always full… It is just the amount of light that hits it. The only way it can affect you is with the amount of light it produces and how much melatonin gets created in your body.

Some days it seems my radar is on full blast, I’m picking up weird vibes all over the place, I’m truly experiencing weird incidents and I am not alone – people at the bus station singing, or a man on the street loudly yelling about his love for the local theatre, seeing the same sullen teenage skateboarder cross town faster than he should be able. And these incidents are seen by others, not just me, they are verifiable events.

On these days, invariably, I discover it’s a full moon, and once the moon is out I’m outside sitting under it… (or inside staring out a window wanting to be out)

Someone else here said “I feel like a werewolf”. Me too, but the full moon brings me peace, brings everyone else the madness. Makes me the sane observer for a change of pace.
