Not sleeping well

My meds aren’t making me sleep like they did I’m so tired but can’t sleep still… I’ve been waking up and watching TV and that helps some but I’m still not sleeping like I use to

I feel for you, when sleep goes off everything turns into a chore/difficult.

It’s been about a week since my Invega was lowered, and I’m sleeping like sh!t still.

Zopiclone seems to help.

@pintac my cat likes laying on me on the couch while I watch TV so I’m pretty happy here

I use melatonin, an over-the-counter supplement. My problem is falling asleep, not staying asleep. Don’t know if it would work for you then.

Try glycine before sleep at high dose (around 30 gram) mixed in lemonade and add magnesium.

you will wake up the next morning feel well-rested and not sleepy at all.

another option is hops extract or tea.

May sound weird but sometimes if I’ve remembered to take my AP but haven’t fallen asleep yet actually a cup of tea or weak coffee helps. Like your forgetting something and need to remember it before relaxing and falling into sleep. Plus it seems to give you dreams so kinda a bonus. I do t usually use sedetive teas to sleep but just relax during the day.

30mg in one dose is not advisable. There have been reports of people vomiting because of overdose. It’s better to start out on 4-5grams and if necessary slowly work up to a efficient dose.
