The mental health nurse came yesterday I think she was concerned not really sure she is coming to my local doctor appointment tomorrow I asked her maybe they could do something about my medication so maybe that will help just seeing bugs on my arms I’m so tired … screams wanting me to help them to save them from the man in black I’m not real anymore
