It is really tough but I’ve managed for three weeks now, which is a record I’m so very proud of myself.
It makes me feel a certain way though which I need to find distraction from.
And the weight itself idk if it is actually coming off since week one but somehow I feel healthier in myself regardless for not stuffing myself with ultra processed stuff.

I’m excited for you that you are making these positive changes. I’m happy you feel healthier. I’m proud of myself for starting a new diet and taking steps to change my living situation. I’m getting there. It’s a marathon for me and I’m trying to behave but getting there.
So glad your getting a handle on things. I’m finding it’s ok to be a bit hungry sometimes and I don’t need to go down the road and buy fast food! Just drinking some water and not feeling so empty really helps.
I’ve no easy answers. It really is a work in progress but glad your happy and here’s to further progress! We all can get there and hearing good stories inspires me to do just that little bit better!

Yea it’s so true there really are no easy answers to healthy lifestyle especially with our conditions.

I deal with the hunger by having just a small snack n then dozing off for a bit sometime
