Lost 26 lbs!

As some of y’all might know I like so many of us have a bit of a weight issue but I think I’ve got a handle on it at last! I started out at 217 lbs and this morning I weighed in at 191 lbs! I’m really proud of myself, my stomach is more flat but my thighs are still pretty big and that bugs me but I am feeling a bit better about myself!

No actually, I just cut out almost all sugar and cut out ALL gluten
