I’m letting myself have a little bit of everything tomorrow at Thanksgiving dinner even though I’m on a diet. I’m really looking forward to it.

@Csummers I have tried a 1200 calorie per day diet and didn’t lose. So now I’m on an 800-900 calorie diet and I’m losing! Yay! 20 pounds down in 7 weeks!

Yeah I kind of cheated on my diet today for the holidays.

If you feel the need to cheat on a diet, a glass of water often will fool you and kill the cravings. And sometimes the need really is just misunderstood thirst.

@chordy I drink 10 glasses of water a day plus several cups of tea.
