I got paranoid on Friday. Had elevated mood staurday and sunday and now today. I think i get paranoid when my mood changes. I didnt sleep last night. Maybe a few hours but no more than 3 or 4. Usually i get 10 hours of sleep.

When I stop sleeping I go to the hospital because I know I’m getting psychotic. I didn’t sleep for three days last time I became ill.

Ah man that sucks, i had insomnia for a while. Was horrible
I get it like once every 2 weeks. I just have a day where i cant sleep. Either once a week or once every two weeks. Just depends. I am Not going to the hospital just because i cant sleep. It normally doesnt mean psychosis for me. It usually happens after a paranoia episode.
3-4 hours is definitely something though.
No sleep is no sleep.

I have insomnia.
Thankfully I slept well last night.
