Do you live alone? Sounds like it might be good for you to be with people you know and trust. Being a completely isolated person with schizophrenia is usually not the best idea from what i know.

If I could get rid of the caffeine habit I would feel better. When I took my meds an hour ago I sighed because I felt relieved/relaxed. Thanks for your response.

I had the same problem. The voices says they would get me if I stayed still especially to pee. I almost peed my pants thinking they would get me.
It’s all a lie don’t listen to them no one ever got me. The meds helped but it took like 5 months.
