Think I done too much I’m in pain and I’ve gone 6 days of exercise.
yeah you got to take it easy sometimes, if you can get into a routine of some sort without overdoing it then thats ideal
Usually soreness in muscles or some pain means a lack of regular physical fitness. You are probably over exerting yourself in regards to what your body can actually handle.
If it’s too much, then exercise every other day. That gives you a chance to recover
Listen to your body
When I was living with my sister for three weeks, I couldn’t exercise regularly and I got out of shape in that time and now my arthritis is in a flare. I’m doing yoga regularly now trying to get back in gear.
