I think that’s right when I was lifting weights…I’m just doing isometrics and yoga right now…still sore.
Good for you for exercising. Try working different areas if you want a break in your exercise.
Some people split up the workout and do a leg day then a chest day then an arm day. If you want more information i think a lot of people discuss their workouts on bodybuilding.com
Yes when I went to the gym I exercised different muscles everyday.
