6 days a week is 2 much right. I go 1 hour 15 minutes per session.
Truthfully I can think of a million worse things that you could be addicted too but seriously exercise is a healthy thing to do

It would be cardio day so I’d be on the stepping machines and cross trainer

Cool! Your butt gonna get mad toned from that hmm I don’t do cardio so much mostly weight lifting but one thing I will say is I do walk a ton. Cause I don’t drive so I walk everywhere. Its not intense cardio but decent cardio so

It probably wouldnt hurt to use the treadmill everyday
