I'm addicted to the gym uhoh

Flip. What if I overdo it.

It’s now Saturday and I want to go for 6th day in a row. Am I crazy.

How to keep it to 5 days.

I do it out of boredom

But really, I shouldn’t overdo anything.

6 days a week is 2 much right. I go 1 hour 15 minutes per session.

Truthfully I can think of a million worse things that you could be addicted too :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: but seriously exercise is a healthy thing to do

Cool! Your butt gonna get mad toned from that :joy: hmm I don’t do cardio so much mostly weight lifting but one thing I will say is I do walk a ton. Cause I don’t drive so I walk everywhere. Its not intense cardio but decent cardio so
