I’ve got a bad nicotine addiction I use a juul and vape 1-2 pods a day (1 pod is equal to a pack of cigarettes). The pods are just so small and easy to go through. Anyway just wondering if anyone else here has a problem with nicotine.

Yes, I do. I vape though, so not as bad as smoking.

I smoked for 17 years, about a pack a day, but I quit 13 years ago.
Quitting was damn hard, it took me several attempts over a period of about a decade.
I tried the gum and patch but ultimately quit cold turkey

Mess around with the strength of the nicotine and try taking less puffs, but longer ones.
I vape for fun as I have nothing to do with my time. Without it I would be sleeping all day, now I vape in bed and gives me something to do.

And yeah vaping is much better than smoking imo I dont have lung problems, only cough when inhaling too much as it burns the throat, no breath issues according to my Dr been vaping since I got sz back in 2011.

Same. I quit cigarettes for about 3 days a few years ago and I just sat on the couch 50% of the time. Almost the entire other 50% of the time I was sleeping eating or doing the dishes.

Juuls suck. They’re so expensive. Find a refillable pod vape. Smok do good ones.

I quit cold turkey. Lowering mg It was getting expensive. It was so tough to quit I know. I just kept on lowering my nicotine mg intake til I went to zero mg. I hope you can get rid of it someday. I know it was enjoyable

I don’t like juul. Much cheaper getting a 510 mod and tank. One full tank lasts me over a day. I vape 25mg salts.

With how many watts? I vape 40mg but at 12W. I bought a new 80W pod vape and was wondering at what wattage I should vape the 40mg.

70watt, as per my coils. Maybe it’s too much, but a single puff will last me a good 10 minutes. Gluck dude.

25mg holy ■■■■ juul is only 5mg and 1.7 ml is like a pack of cigs
5ml tank, 25mg/ml, bout a day and a third, that’s 125mg a day. 125 cigs worth of nicotine by my math.
