I know it may be early, but want to prepare my mind.
People say 21 days, one practice something it would become a habit.
I need some idea, from your new year resolutions !
No matter its impossible do share 
I have to Make decision to become some one useful.
I want to exercise more next year. Go for long walks again. That’s great for weight loss.
Hmm. Hadnt thought about it until i saw your post. I guess i want to start focusing on getting physically fit. So stopping eating junk food and fast food (which i cant afford anyway). And getting into an exercise routine.
Maybe another one would be to start writing again. Books and stories. Doesn’t really matter if i never get published i guess.
One more thing would be to find a way to be more social with other people and get out there. Ive been a hermit for a couple years now. Not good for my mental health at all.
Oh, and not smoking or vaping anymore. Maybe even getting off nicotine completely. Like no nic gum or anything.

I quit smoking this year and actually succeeded with a New Years resolution so I now believe new year resolutions are achievable.
For me, I want to limit poultry, meat, seafood, and bread to at most three times throughout the week. I think focusing on veggies and fruit will help out my physical health. This week I tried something out and it has been working for me. I just dice fruit leave it in smaller tupperware containers and place them in the fridge. I have one for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner. I’ve done that for the entire week while somtimes substituting for a salad and twice a week vegetable soup with chicken. I have felt improvements in my digestive health. So… for new years resolution, I think I am going to try to continue that.
