I made two.
- get back to calorie counting
- minimise my contact with my brother and his wife
So far I’m doing very well.
I made two.
So far I’m doing very well.
I have distanced from my sisters. Try not to phone my folks so much. Trying to limit my reliance of the CMHT.
I just intended to start eating less and exercising regularly again and I haven’t made any changes so far.
Good for you, @everhopeful!
Becoming vegan and not smoking. I have been managing the first one so far, the second is more problematic, it has its ups and downs…
I never make new year’s resolutions, doubt I would keep them
i wanted to stop smoking for my new years resolution but haven’t been able to do it. it’s very self defeating.
Not really a New Year’s resolutuon because I didn’t make it til February, but I have recently resolved to get more exercise and I have been working out most days since then. So far, so good!
My New Years resolutions were to:
Keep tracking calories and keep weight within normal limits
Meditate 15 minutes twice daily
Practice piano 45 minutes everyday
Yoga everyday
Ayurvedic health practices everyday
Read classic novels
So far, I’m successful with all of my goals.
My resolutions were to exercise more and manage my weight. I started off strong, but soon stopped getting regular exercise by mid-January. Its hard not to get upset that I haven’t been to the gym since November, but I’m going through a bunch of med changes. Hopefully things will get better. I haven’t given up on the resolutions just yet.
I didn’t make any NY resolutions, but I am getting up earlier. I also try to take a walk everyday.
