It’s nice to have someone around who understands. He gets hallucinations and delusions.

Ive met a few.
No. I suspect a cousin of mine who was a severe alcohol and heroin addict had it though so I may, but she was killed a few years ago.
And was doing very strange things. For instance at only 12 years old we found out she was getting needles, drawing her blood out and collecting the blood in bowls she kept under her bed.
She engaged in very bizarre behaviors, and had strange beliefs.

I have never met anyone with it either, outside the mental hospital I was in back as a teen. My grandmother had it but she ended her own life before I was born so I never got to meet her.
I don’t know any other schizophrenics right now. Some of the people I see at my clinic are probably schizophrenic but I can’t tell by looking at them. In the past I had a roommate, friends and a neighbor who were schizophrenic. I’ve lived with some in group homes. I’ve had a few friends who were schizophrenic; nice guys. I had a girlfriend for a short time who was schizophrenic. She was sweet and she really liked me.

My sisters close friend is dealing with SZ. Her friend actually has the same psychiatrist as me.
Outside of the hospital and this forum no.
My sister my aunt my uncle my one grandma a few irl friends the list could go on but I’m leaving it there
