no gym for me so i’ll just be eating cake and gaining weight over here
Don’t like the gym.
I don’t go to the gym because there are too many people.
I believe if those people were my people I could go easily n love it but almost all of them don’t seem like people I want to exercise with.
I avoid most people for they want to control me or have power or suppress and talk down at etc
i dont like exercise much and i am unfit
I’m not overly keen either.
Ha ha ha ha
When I exercise I forse myself somehow.
It’s a struggle for me.
I have had moments of enjoyment exercising though.
apparently i need to exercise my thingymagig
Never been to the gym either but i think exercise is still important part of life…walking at least, psuhups situps etc maybe
It’s so much easier to excercise when already in shape.
It’s not as easy when you are overweight and people can see you.
I don’t mind ppl seeing me but yes for me too being overweight makes it harder to exercise as I get tired faster.
I played sport well into my late 40’s. I smoked well into my late 20’s. I was still unfit and wish years ago I started doing a little everyday…
Why? Because it took me a long time to realise that exercise leads to better mental health too and I think it’s a big part in me fighting negatives. Bought a fitness tracker. Aimed for 10 km’s a day walking and now I’m so much more fitter at 51 than I was at 30.
I don’t go to the gym either but if your young get on the game early. It really makes so much of a difference for general health too.
I did lifted a few weights in the past, but not allowed anymore… only walking is indicated for me.
Why aren’t you allowed to lift weights? Mental or physical illness?
I like to mtn bike but not the gym. I used to like weightlifting years ago
because of haemorrhoids, they can also cause them. Also lifted heavy things at work. be careful, because haemorrhoids are incredibly painful.
I have a Nintendo switch and play just dance… It’s really fun! I’ve been trying to do it every morning
The first two months in the gym is boring and painful, but it gets easier. I still go to the gym, i cant say i enjoy it, but i love the feeling in the body after the excersise.
There are lots of gyms with overweight people, in my gym it’s about half of them.
I walked a little bit today and moved my arms a bit, i may have blinked a few times
Don’t people start losing weight after a while at the gym?
I was going to the spinning classes a few years ago one to two times a week. I also went to some yoga classes.
Ha, ha, apparently not… No i think the majority of the people there either want to loose weight (there are some seriously obese people there) or just maintain their weight. I like this gym because there are no bodybuilders and fitness chicks making selfies
